Questions
The things people ask before they book
Straight answers on first visits, insurance, same-day crowns, implants and what happens if it has been a while. If yours is not here, call and ask.
01 — First Visits
Coming in for the first time

What happens at a first visit?
An exam with digital X-rays and intraoral photographs, and a cleaning where appropriate. The doctor reviews the images on screen with you, then presents clear treatment options with the cost attached so you can choose before anything is scheduled.
What if it has been years since my last visit?
That is one of the most common reasons people come in. The exam starts from where your teeth are today, and the plan is built in the order treatment should happen.
Do you see children and families?
Yes. This is a complete dental service clinic covering routine family care through full-mouth rehabilitation, all in one office.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, hablamos español. Dr. Marco Bergamini is also fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
Where are you located?
The practice is at 1402 S Clark Rd, Duncanville, TX 75137. Parking is out front and the entrance is on the west side of the building.
02 — Cost & Insurance
Paying for treatment

Do you accept dental insurance?
Most insurance is accepted, and benefits are verified before treatment so the estimate reflects what your plan is expected to cover. Call with your plan details for an exact answer.
What if I do not have insurance?
The practice offers in-office discount dental plans, and financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance.
How does the financing work?
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card with promotional interest-free periods. Cherry is a monthly payment plan you can apply for from your phone without a hard credit check. Proceed Finance is built for larger cases with longer terms.
Will I know the cost before treatment starts?
Yes. Treatment options are presented with the price attached, so you can choose based on your dental problem and your budget before anything is booked.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check and all major credit cards, alongside the three financing partners and the in-office discount plans.
03 — The In-House Lab
Same-day crowns and dentures

Can I get a crown in one day?
In most cases, yes. Crowns are made in the practice’s own lab rather than sent out, so work that usually spans several weeks and appointments is often finished in a single visit.
Why does an in-house lab matter?
There is no middle man. The technician who makes the crown or denture works in the same building as the doctor who prepares it, so fit and shade are checked and adjusted immediately.
Will I leave without teeth?
No. The practice guarantees that patients having crowns or dentures made get them the same day and do not leave the office without teeth.
Who makes the restorations?
David Pham, co-owner of the practice, has worked in dental lab technology since 2011 and runs the lab inside the office.
04 — Implants & Ortho
Bigger cases and straightening

Do you place dental implants?
Yes. Dr. Marco Bergamini is a board-certified prosthodontist and implant specialist on staff, so implant and full-mouth reconstruction cases are handled here rather than referred out.
Do you offer Invisalign or clear aligners?
Yes, both Invisalign and Candid clear aligners. Impressions are taken digitally with the iTero scanner instead of putty trays.
Can I preview a cosmetic result first?
Yes. Digital Smile Design shows the proposed result on screen, and shape, proportion and shade are agreed before anything is prepared.
What technology do you use?
Intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, a cone beam CT scanner for 3D implant and surgical planning, an iTero scanner for digital impressions, Digital Smile Design, and 3D printing in the in-house lab.
05 — Comfort & Urgent Care
Nerves, pain and emergencies

What if I am nervous about the dentist?
Tell the front desk when you book. Sedation dentistry is offered, and the doctor shows each finding on screen and explains the plan before treatment begins.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. Emergency dental care, urgent dental pain, tooth injuries, extractions and root canal therapy are all treated here. Call as early in the day as possible so a chair can be found for you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. Calling ahead means a chair can be held for you.
Which areas do you serve?
Patients come from Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Grand Prairie and South Dallas.
