Dr. Michael Nguyen is a skilled general dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. He is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
Patients most often mention that he sits down and walks through every detail of a treatment plan before anything begins — the imaging, the options, and the order things should happen in.
David Pham

David Pham
My name is David Pham, I am the co-owner of Precision Dental. I oversee the office operations. My background is in dental lab technology since 2011, starting with fabrication of dentures and crowns in a small set up lab in my parent’s backyard.
That lab is now inside the practice. It’s why crowns and dentures are finished here rather than shipped out, and why most patients leave the same day with teeth.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Tom Draper, DMD, MD
Dr. Tom Draper is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced training in oral surgery, wisdom tooth removal and dental implants.
After earning his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry and his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, he completed surgical training through Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Marco Bergamini
Board-Certified Prosthodontist
Dr. Marco Bergamini, DDS, MS
A board-certified prosthodontist and implant specialist. Originally from Italy and fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, Dr. Marco enjoys spending his days restoring function and appearance for patients with complex needs.
His education took him from Valencia to New York and eventually Seattle. He is also faculty at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry.

Dr. Bobby Kwon
Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
Dr. Bobby Kwon
Dr. Bobby Kwon is a board-certified anesthesiologist with extensive experience supporting safe, comfortable surgical care.
He earned his medical degree in 2004 and completed his residency at UT Southwestern Medical School in 2008. Since then, he has provided anesthesia for a wide variety of procedures throughout North Texas, including oral surgery, orthopedics and ENT.

Howdy y’all! I’m so excited to be joining the PCD team! I’ve been a dental hygienist for more than five years, having graduated from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2020. I am incredibly passionate about patient education and making sure everyone who sits in my chair feels comfortable, heard, and leaves with a smile they love.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud wife and mother. My three-year-old son definitely keeps me busy and on my toes! When I get a rare quiet moment to myself, you can usually find me behind a camera lens — photography is my favorite creative outlet.

As a wife and mother of three, I know how important a healthy smile is for the whole family. Creating positive experiences for our patients and helping them feel at ease is what I love most about what I do.

Hi, I’m Karina, your Insurance Coordinator. I help patients understand their insurance benefits, verify coverage, and navigate the claims process. My goal is to make insurance as simple and stress-free as possible by providing clear information and personalized support.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking and cooking, and I have a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me with my furry best friend.

Hello! My name is Joanna Cardoza, and I am the Front Desk Receptionist and New Patient Coordinator at Precision Dental. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, I am passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active at the gym and spending quality time with my husband and our two beautiful daughters.

Gricelda Castillo has over 13 years of experience in the dental field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with patients and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Karla is the name that comes up most often in our reviews. Patients credit her with explaining what she’s doing as she goes, checking in constantly about comfort, and getting long-overdue cleanings done without pain. If it’s been five years since your last visit, she is used to that.

How We Practice
Three things we do not compromise on
These are the rules every doctor and every member of the team works to.
Explain it before you do it
No treatment is scheduled until you have seen the images, heard the options and know what each one costs. If a tooth can be watched rather than drilled, we say so.
Keep the work in the building
The lab, the specialists and the imaging are all on site. Fewer referrals means fewer weeks between the problem and the fix, and one team accountable for the result.
Treat the person, not the chart
Most people who walk in nervous have a reason. We go at the pace that works, and nobody is lectured about the years they missed.
