The Role | Security Operations Specialist
As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our in-house operations center team, providing real-time monitoring of AI-driven security systems to safeguard our clients' homes and families. This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for anticipating and responding to potential security threats, delivering a seamless client experience, and working in close collaboration with our engineering team. You Will Contribute By
Advanced Security Monitoring: Oversee AI-driven surveillance systems and access control, responding to potential security incidents with precision and ensuring real-time protection of clients’ assets and loved ones.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for security events, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for clients while upholding the discretion and privacy standards expected in a luxury service.
Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Coordinate with authorities, executives, clients, and staff during urgent or high-pressure situations, maintaining calm and professionalism.
Communication Excellence: Provide clear, concise, and professional communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and trust.
Data Annotation & System Feedback: Enhance our AI systems by annotating data and providing feedback to improve the accuracy of threat detection.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, communications, and actions taken to ensure full transparency.
Cross-Functional Support: As part of a growing startup, contribute to tasks outside your direct role, supporting the broader operations team as needed.
Your Background Includes
Relevant Experience: Background in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, or related fields.
Operations & GSOC Experience: Previous experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or a similar role, with an understanding of its critical functions.
Educational Credentials: An undergraduate degree in IT, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends, sometimes with little notice, to meet the needs of our clients.
Nice to Have
Luxury Service or Executive Protection: Experience providing luxury customer service or in an executive protection role.
Growth-Oriented Mindset: A desire to grow into leadership roles such as Lead Operator as our team expands.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is an on-site role in our state-of-the-art operations center, with no remote work.
Shifts will be 10 hours. This is for the Overnight shift, Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday (9pm - 7am). Shifts may include holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
