EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - Katy, TX

Executive Assistant for executive ($85K + bonus with all medical benefits paid 100% by employer)

Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate active busy calendars
Manually book multi leg flights directly with airlines, car, hotel, driver, dinner reservations
MUST BE ABLE TO COORDINATE COMPLICATED TRAVEL WITH SEVERAL LEGS ON YOUR OWN
Schedule and coordinate various meetings on site and off site!
Able to prepare notes in strategic meetings.
Must be proactive and think ahead of the executives
Handle all confidential matters with discretion
Able to handle change and take direction quickly and take (soft respectful) criticism when needed
Some personal assisting errands (this is minimal)

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience 12+ years
Confident and able to communicate!
Ability to multitask AND HANDLE A BUSY DESK
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Able to take direction quickly and evaluation of work or constructive feedback
