Role: Senior Creative Video Editor
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site, Hybrid Model)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta)

You take ownership of your work, from raw footage to final export, and are constantly exploring new ways to elevate your craft. You are also someone who values being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
About the Role
As our Senior Creative Video Editor, you’ll join our in-house creative studio made up of designers, storytellers, strategists, and production specialists. You’ll lead and execute edits for a wide range of projects, from culture-forward brand films to compelling human interest stories and dynamic event content.

Responsibilities
Report to the Head of Post Production
Lead editing projects from concept to final delivery
Collaborate with internal producers and clients to ensure creative vision is met
Deliver polished edits using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Contribute to creative ideation and pre-production planning
Conduct color correction, sound design, and audio mixing
Manage media organization, file management, and archiving
Provide on-set support for local shoots (edit notes, data wrangling)
Mentor junior editors and support special projects as needed

Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with Illustrator, Audition, and related tools
Strong storytelling instincts and editing fundamentals
Excellent organizational and media management skills
Comfortable working in hybrid editing environments (local, shared, remote storage)
Ability to work in a Mac-based environment
Exceptional communication and time-management skills
