We are looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch service to TRICARE beneficiaries in a fast-paced, remote contact center environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide accurate and professional assistance to TRICARE beneficiaries and healthcare providers via phone, chat, email, or other written communication.
Address inquiries related to enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments with efficiency and care.
Take ownership of customer issues, utilizing sound judgment and available tools to resolve concerns on the first contact.
Meet performance expectations, including attendance, productivity, and quality standards.
Document all interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on procedures and best practices.
Schedule:
Full-time shifts available between 7:00 AM Pacific and 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
Some flexibility required to accommodate business needs.
Opportunity for overtime if needed.
What You Need:
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
U.S. citizenship.
Ability to obtain a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
At least two years of professional customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in navigating multiple screens, web browsers, and using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a secure and private workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous TRICARE customer service experience.
Experience in a contact center environment, including call center chat messaging.
Military affiliation or strong understanding of the military community.
