Specialty Consultants Inc. is recruiting for an experienced Yardi Manager to be the central point of contact for our client's Yardi environment. We are seeking a passionate professional to optimize the companies use of Yardi, implement new functionalities, and enable their teams to work more efficiently across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Yardi projects from design to implementation, including new module rollouts and property setups.
• Partner with departments to understand their needs and configure Yardi accordingly.
• Maintain and optimize chart of accounts, custom reports, and automated workflows.
• Guide staff with training and ongoing support to help them get the most out of the Yardi platform.
• Stay on top of software releases, manage testing and upgrades, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Yardi (including Yardi Voyager Affordable).
• Strong project management, technical, and customer service mindset.
• Background in affordable housing or property management highly preferred.
• Skilled with Yardi reporting tools (YSR, SQL) and comfortable with data uploads and integrations.
• Strong interpersonal, training, and collaboration abilities.
