About the Opportunity: We're seeking a talented freelance video editor to transform cybersecurity and YouTube strategy content into engaging, fast-paced videos that captivate audiences. This remote position offers the chance to work on educational content that makes complex topics accessible and entertaining. Role Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form videos ranging from 5-20 minutes for YouTube channels
• Integrate motion graphics, animations, screen recordings, and relevant memes to enhance voiceover content
• Source and incorporate B-roll footage, memes, and supporting visual elements
• Maintain high production standards while ensuring content remains engaging throughout
• Work asynchronously with provided voiceover tracks and raw footage
• Communicate effectively throughout the production process
• Meet established deadlines consistently
• Provide creative input to enhance video quality and viewer retention

Ideal Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in video editing with a strong portfolio featuring long-form content
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience creating fast-paced, documentary-style, or faceless educational content
• Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and high-retention editing techniques
• Ability to reverse-engineer successful editing styles from leading channels

Style Reference: We're looking for someone who can blend the editing styles of popular channels like Fireship, How Money Works, and Coding Sloth - combining technical accuracy with entertaining delivery. Professional Qualities:
