About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President & Head of HR to spearhead the development of a strong, international HR organization that can support the business through a period of rapid growth and change. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering an inspiring and safe work environment, building a culture that aligns with the company's values, and maintaining global standards across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes a focus on leadership development, talent and performance management, and driving organizational change. The role is hybrid, requiring a strategic and operational leader who can work both on-site and remotely, and who is experienced in global matrixed environments. Candidates for this role at The Company must possess a strategic mindset, solid business understanding, and a strong interest in social sciences and geopolitical issues. The position demands an individual who is analytical, confident, and self-aware, with a proven track record in operational and strategic HR within an international context. The role also involves collaboration and negotiations with a variety of unions, so experience in this area is essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced line manager, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and a deep knowledge of relevant employment laws and tariff agreements. Strong communication skills, ethical integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy at all levels of the organization are also key attributes.
