As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of compounded medications and our Home Delivery platform in the region. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in outside sales, particularly in the veterinary industry.

The ideal candidate will be located in Boston, MA area and be responsible for our New England Territory.

When will you work?

  • This is a full-time remote position, working within the New England Territory.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new veterinary hospitals and clinics to introduce Wedgewood Pharmacy's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and promoting additional products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to veterinarians and veterinary staff, highlighting the benefits of compounded medications and the Blue Rabbit Veterinary Home Delivery platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the veterinary pharmaceutical market.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to management on territory performance and opportunities for growth.

Who you are:

  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to establish comfortable two-way communications.
  • Motivated by a metrics-driven approach looking at a territory and performance.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

What you’ve done:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in SAAS sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
