Are You Digitalented?

Due to steadily increasing demand, Digitalent is seeking a Talent Sourcer to help support our Recruiting team. Responsibilities include sourcing for candidates on LinkedIn that match our client’s job openings, and scheduling them for interviews with our Recruiters. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, so there is potential to become a full-desk Recruiter on our Digiteam. In order to succeed you must be organized, driven, and able to work independently and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

● Attend bi-weekly huddles, training and new job meetings

● Review and thoroughly understand Digitalent’s urgent job openings

● Source dozens of viable candidates via LinkedIn

● Provide support during recruitment lifecycle, including resume formatting and coordinating

candidate interviews with our Recruiting team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Able to work remotely and effectively without supervision

● A student mentality with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

● Excellent at following direction

● Hard working and collaborative spirit

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Aligned with our core values (Hustle, Care, Accountability, Adaptability, and Resilience)

● Strong Computer Skills (MS Project, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Excel)

● Located in the NY Metro area
