Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Coordinator to join the Talent Department. The Talent Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate various Talent department functions, tasks, processes and projects. This position reports to the Head of Talent. This is not a remote position and requires to be in office and on site at various event and office locations. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering all performance contracts, ensuring timelines and milestones are met, facilitating communication between talent agencies, talent department and counsel, supporting team in maintaining internal database systems, monitoring and updating talent buying documents, coordinating yearly plans and their progress, collating artist performance data, coordinating event ticket counts, distributing information to agencies, managing data within Notion, Dropbox and other platforms, overseeing administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense reports, communication correspondence, arranging complex travel plans, liaising with international partners for talent payments, executing day to day tasks and special projects, and training and supporting onboarding of team members, clients, vendors and partners. Qualifications include 1+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, entertainment industry experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, experience booking high volume travel domestically and internationally, passion and knowledge of Electronic Dance Music, motivated problem solver with a positive attitude, clean criminal and driving record, current license, passport, and car insurance. Work environment involves prolonged sitting and standing, ability to lift up to 20 pounds, willingness to work holidays, evenings and weekends, tolerance for loud noise and varying temperatures at event sites, and working in open office spaces.
