Terra Linda High School is seeking a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic cross-country program. We’re looking for someone passionate about developing athletes through focused drills and movement techniques such as marches, A-skips, lunges, and strength training, with an emphasis on proper form and injury prevention.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in strength and conditioning, ideally with a background in track, speed, or distance running.
  • A coach who prioritizes quality movement and strength over high mileage, focusing on building well-rounded, resilient athletes.
