We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Salesforce Administrator & Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and development, with the ability to implement solutions that enhance business processes and drive user adoption. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions; monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues; creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows; training and supporting end-users; staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices; developing custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components; implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and API integrations; collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; conducting unit and integration testing; and documenting development processes, code changes, and system configurations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 12+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development; preferred Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications; strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data models, and security architecture; proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL/SOSL; experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs; excellent problem-solving skills; and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred but not required are experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud; familiarity with version control systems and deployment tools; and understanding of Agile methodologies.
