Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring for Sr. Product Manager for a permanent position with a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite expectation: 4 days onsite 1 day remote per week

Pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 and a 10% bonus potential

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

  • 5-7+ years of Product Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working on Identity Management and/or Authentication
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align requests to the roadmap
  • Experience managing complex projects with many impacted teams and multiple deliverables.
  • Experience with data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Ability to communicate across technical and executive levels
  • Experience with project overviews, executive summaries, and cross-functional coordination
  • Thrive in a face-paced environment, has great attention to detail and can understand software architecture stacks and technical complexities quickly.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Greenwood Village, CO 4 days per week

Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the product lifecycle and development of initiatives for Identity, access and management.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, defining product vision, designing customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to post-delivery result tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand customer and business issues to articulate them with technical and design teams.
  • Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
  • Work with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders on implementing strategy.
  • Lead product launches and enhancements of products across the portfolio
  • Ensures communication with all stakeholders is being managed effectively.
  • Use market research to discover digital opportunities to ensure successful product launches.
  • Use data analysis to interpret data and research to drive decisions and solutions.
  • Experience with Cyber Security is a plus but is not required.
