What will I be doing? As a Senior Marketing Manager, this position requires regular interaction with the hotel’s General Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with high-level branding & positioning for the hotel, including working with external agencies. Manage key community-driven experiences and partner with other hotel departments to create and promote special menus, activations, and room packages. Support B2B sales and catering marketing initiatives by creating engaging collateral and strategies to communicate the hotel’s benefits. Engage with market and industry trends to guide hotel marketing strategies and stay updated on local and regional trends for fine dining to elevate the SER Steak + Spirits brand. Assist in creating and developing creative assets. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid media strategies. Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure revenue generation meeting benchmark ROAS. Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Create monthly performance reports and lead campaign meetings for hotel ownership and regional leadership.

SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in special projects, task forces, committees, and industry events. Maintain alignment with corporate teams, including Regional Leaders, Hotel Marketing, and eCommerce teams. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to define hotel goals, strategies, and brand standards within larger enterprise initiatives.
