Understand Data Product life Cycle

Primary Skills:

• Experienced Senior Manager with a blend of change enablement, project management, product management and data domain expertise .
• The goal is to more effectively leverage data by creating strategic and scalable assets. The Senior Manager will help lead and deliver complex data initiatives for an enterprise data organization that have changing scope, multiple work streams, and high visibility.
• The Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders across data governance, engineering, analytics, and business functions to ensure high-impact and trusted data products are delivered to their marketplace for consumption. A core focus of this role is turning data into strategic business assets

Experience:

• Strong project/program management background with experience delivering enterprise-level data initiatives
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across both business and IT
• Understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data product lifecycles
• Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Previous consulting experience is a plus, especially with executive-facing responsibilities
• Ability to drive the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality, reusable, and trusted data products (from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment and adoption)
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, analytics, business units, legal, compliance, product owners, business owners, etc) to define data requirements, manage priorities, and ensure seamless delivery
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights and ensuring clear communication and alignment of deliverables
• Experience with defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products, measuring their value, adoption, and impact on business outcomes
