At Cognizant, we believe those who challenge the way they work today will lead the way tomorrow. **Job Description:** + 8+ Years of experience in Salesforce domain, preferably 2+ yrs in Banking and Insurance FSC implementation projects + Candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge with experience in Salesforce implementation projects as Lead/Senior Role + Hands on experience in Apex Programming , OmniStudio , REST APIs + Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce FSC CRM. + Collaborate with architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements + Salesforce Certification like Java Developer/PD1/Platform developer/OmniStudio Developer/Service + Deep understanding of FSC data model, Salesforce FSC certification preferred + Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Data Security, and Salesforce Mobile App. + Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable + Familiarity with integration management, data migration solutions, release management process and real-time data synchronization. + Good understanding of BFSI domain - desirable **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 07/02/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
