Element Roofing is seeking an energetic Roofing Canvasser to join our team. As a Roofing Canvasser, you will play a vital role on our sales team, generating leads and building relationships with potential customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing services.
• Engage with homeowners and discuss storm damage and roofing concerns and needs.
• Provide basic information about our company's services, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
• Must be self-motivated with a hustle mindset and the drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in sales or canvassing is preferred but is not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Work Location: Indianapolis Metro

Expected hours: 20-25 per week

Pay Breakdown: $15 an hour base. Up to $45/hr based on performance

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 PM - 8 PM; Saturday 10 AM - 3PM
