Responsibilities include taking charge of the operational flow for GenStudio for Performance Marketing, ensuring alignment across roadmaps, dependencies, quarterly planning, and execution achievements. Ensure Jira remains the definitive source of information by establishing tagging guidelines, status norms, achievement monitoring, and reporting dashboards for efficient operations. Lead SLC governance by coordinating achievement reviews, approvals, legal compliance, and quality checkpoints to ensure flawless execution. Track and implement objectives and key results to ensure alignment between quarterly goals, roadmap priorities, and execution achievements across the product organization. Coordinate across teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure clear scope, timelines, and execution plans. Facilitate executive-level reviews by communicating progress, surfacing risks, and aligning on tradeoffs with senior leadership. Orchestrate structured beta programs by synthesizing insights from strategic customers into roadmap decisions. Define and manage program structures by setting goals, deliverables, and accountability for cross-cutting initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and removing operational friction to improve cross-functional collaboration. Support business operations by coordinating QBRs, planning cadences, collaborator interlocks, and reporting. Produce high-quality artifacts that enable alignment and decision-making. Advocate for standard methodologies and encourage excellence throughout the product tool stack. Foster a culture of collaboration ensuring visibility, transparency, and teamwork across all involved teams. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or equivalent product delivery roles; in-depth knowledge of product development for SaaS, enterprise, or product launches; leadership through influence; experience in key workflows such as managing legal compliance, release readiness, and beta execution; framework design skills; strategic approach with executional follow-through; outstanding communication; system crafting proficiency; independent operation; Agile and SAFe expertise; and tool proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, etc. Be part of an ambitious team that values collaboration and excellence.
