*Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements and Responsibilities*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current state license (as applicable)
* Experience in geriatric rehab preferred
* Complete evaluations and build individualized therapy plans
* Deliver and adjust treatments aligned with clinical goals
* Ensure proper documentation and physician coordination
