Job Description

Salary: $129,300 - 223,600 per year Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network experts, scientists, and leaders, to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design, test, and develop scalable software systems utilizing Generative AI techniques to boost network performance and reliability.
  • Continuously research and assess emerging technologies and methodologies to remain at the forefront of the Generative AI landscape.
  • Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes excellence in software engineering practices.
  • Actively identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to ensure smooth operation of Generative AI software applications.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to update them on project status, gather feedback, and work towards set objectives.
  • Take ownership of the operational excellence of the software we craft.
  • Contribute towards enhancing our documentation, processes, and tools to elevate our team's performance.
