WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of learning assets. The includes everything from analysis through development phases.
As a Learning Experience
Designer you will interview SMEs and conduct learning needs analysis. You will iterate through the design phase to ensure learning objectives are met in an impactful and measurable way. You will also develop courses to scope, and work with partner teams to coordinate implementation.
Through this process, you will be successful in the Learning Experience Designer role by taking ownership of the project, communicating across channels, and being accountable for the end product delivered to stakeholders. You will partner with project managers and program owners to execute all learning assets within projects.
