About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated, coachable, and driven sales professionals to join our fast-growing remote team as Inbound Final Expense Sales Agents. All calls are inbound — no cold calling, no door-knocking, and no chasing down leads. You’ll speak directly with seniors who have requested more information about Final Expense coverage and help them secure peace of mind for their families.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to get licensed quickly).

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable with remote work and learning new tech tools.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound final expense calls from interested seniors.

• Use our proven script to educate, qualify, and close sales in a one-call format.

• Accurately complete e-applications with clients.

• Maintain compliance with industry and company standards.

• Track performance using CRM and follow-up tools.
