Logistics and Export Compliance Coordinator

Are you a logistics professional with a sharp eye for compliance and a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Logistics and Export Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Gardena, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless domestic and international shipments while maintaining strict adherence to USDA and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with USDA and FDA import/export regulations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents: invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, etc.
• Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate records of freight charges, CHEP pallet movements, and compliance logs.
• Generate and distribute export delivery reports and compliance updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or export compliance (regulated industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of USDA and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with customs brokers and freight carriers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
