What You'll Do:

Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues according to client-specific instructions.
Problem-Solve and Resolve Issues: Identify customer concerns and offer effective solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Provide Accurate Information: Answer customer questions clearly and accurately, providing timely and effective solutions.
Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, including actions taken and follow-up requirements.
Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and privacy during all customer interactions.
Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow quality assurance guidelines to ensure all calls are handled efficiently, courteously, and effectively.
Utilize Technical Systems: Use various technical systems, including desktop computers, call center software, phones, and the internet, to track and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer needs are met.
Maintain Reliable Internet: Ensure a stable and reliable private internet connection (not cellular data), with the ability to connect via ethernet cable.
What We're Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Healthcare Knowledge: Healthcare-related certification.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various software applications.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
Internet Connectivity: Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish.
Experience: Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Security Clearance: Previous Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (for government client projects).
