WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A GRANTS MANAGER
As the Grants Manager at Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC), you'll be responsible for managing the grant process including prospect identification, donor outreach and cultivation, and preparation and submission of grant applications. Additional responsibilities include.

To excel as our Grants Manager, you'll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate our mission and impact persuasively. Strong research abilities will help you identify funding prospects and trends in the grant landscape. Attention to detail is key when managing budgets and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines.
Your project management skills will be crucial in coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams. A proactive and strategic mindset will guide you in cultivating relationships with funders. Adaptability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
A Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of three years of experience in grant writing, application development, report writing, data collection and analysis, outcome measurements and reporting results are required for this position. Previous supervisory experience is also required. Experience with federal, state, and local grant funding is preferred.
