Global Human Resources Director Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our organization as a Global HR Director, responsible for shaping the future of our human resources function. As a strategic partner to our CEO and senior leadership, you will drive the development and implementation of our global HR strategy, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and excellence.

Global Human Resources Director Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage global HR strategies to drive business growth, talent acquisition, and retention
• Lead a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Oversee the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, consultants, and industry associations
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our HR function remains compliant and competitive

Global Human Resources Director Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams
• Proven expertise in global HR, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, employees, and external partners
• Strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
