What You'll Do: As the General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining a smooth workflow. Being the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest relations and true hospitality. Handling reports and analyzing sales, labor, and food costs to maximize results. Your qualifications include: 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or General Manager (GM) in fast casual or similar restaurant concepts with annual sales of $1M or more. A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and handle dynamic restaurant environments effectively. Proven experience in training and developing a team.
