Financial Analyst (41069) Our client is an organization in the Ozaukee County area looking for a Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Perform detailed financial analysis of property financials, including income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc. Build and maintain financial models to assess profitability and support the organization’s strategic planning. Track cost trends & communicate data efficiently with proper departments. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property related expenses. Contribute to exploring new processes & automations to drive continuous improvement. Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends. Other duties as assigned. The Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ~ Bachelors Degree required. ~3+ years of FP&A experience. Real estate experience is a plus. ~ Yardi Experience preferred. ~ Excellent oral and written communication skills. ~ Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
