Our team is small, mighty, and expanding rapidly. We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO as we shape the future of biometric technology.

What You Will Do

• Empower the CEO’s Focus: Strategically manage complex scheduling, orchestrate key meetings, and streamline email workflows—removing operational roadblocks so the CEO can invest energy in transformative goals.
• Ace the Logistics: Tackle intricate itineraries, major conferences, and high-impact events, ready to pivot whenever plans shift.
• Keep Everyone on Track: Anticipate needs, spot potential roadblocks, provide essential documents and reminders proactively, and be the team’s force multiplier by staying two steps ahead.
• Elevate Operations: Champion new tools and smarter workflows that save time and reduce headaches for the entire leadership team.
• Champion Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, reinforcing trust across the organization.
• Own Special Projects: Conduct research, craft presentations, and dig into data that influence strategic decisions. You’ll serve as a key advisor, offering insights that directly shape the company’s direction.
• Collaborate Across Functions:  Work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff, Engineering, Finance, and Sales leaders on pivotal projects. Your proactive coordination will accelerate decision-making and ensure seamless communication across teams.

• Tech Savvy: From excelling in Microsoft Office to exploring a curiosity for new AI tools, you use technology to amplify your efficiency and impact.

Your Background

• 8+ years supporting C-level executives or senior/managing partners in high-performance settings.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Irvine, CA to collaborate closely with the CEO and team.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required for our government contracts).
