Job Description

Our client, an economic consulting firm, is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support multiple high-level executives! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing many moving parts, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy scheduling for multiple executives, including coordination with clients and external stakeholders.
• Book complex domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries.
• Compile expenses and submit reports for reimbursement.
• Track the consultant's billable hours for each client, tracking invoices in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Coordinate meetings and support special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of executive support is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in professional services is highly desired!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing for multiple executives.
• Exceptional professionalism and detail orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $100K-$110K (DOE) + annual performance bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(K) matching program!
• On-site 5 days/week in the Washington, DC office.
