Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Conduct needs-based assessments and present suitable insurance solutions

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity goals

• Educate clients on policy features and benefits in a clear, simple manner

• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up activities

• Stay current with training, licensing requirements, and product updates

• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all industry regulations

What You Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated and results-driven attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Basic tech skills (email, video conferencing, CRM systems)

• Background in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
