We are seeking a seasoned Director of HR & Administration to oversee and scale global administrative operations, total rewards & benefits function, and facilities management. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience across our 200 person global organization. You will lead and coordinate hiring initiatives, administer compensation and benefits, oversee office administration, and partner closely with senior leadership to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Rewards & Benefits Administration
• Lead benefits administration, including plan design, compliance, benchmarking, and vendor management. Serve as a key point person and partner to PEO and benefits broker.
• Oversee the talent lifecycle including talent attraction, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and partnering with Finance and Payroll to drive systems optimization
• Collaborate with Legal Team on policies, audits, and regulatory requirements across multiple locations ensuring local, state and federal compliance
Facilities & Office Management
• Liaise with 20 global office locations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and secure environments
• Manage relationships with real estate contacts, vendors, and service providers as needed
• Lead new office setups, renovations, closures, and space planning in partnership with IT and local stakeholders
Administrative Operations
• Develop and implement scalable administrative systems, workflows, and policies
• Manage budgets and procurement for office supplies, furnishings, and operational services
• Supervise administrative support staff (EA/Office Managers) and coordinate administrative best practices

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or certification a plus
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in administration and HR roles, preferably within high-growth or professional services environments
• Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Experience managing multi-site/global office operations, especially in the US and Europe
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Highly self-motivated, hands-on, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
