  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and maintain momentum through regular touchpoints, tracking tools, and structured follow-ups.

Communication and Reporting

  • Report progress against goals and milestones across the corporate project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and Finance to support business planning, resourcing, prioritization, and monthly portfolio financial reporting.
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready communications, including project updates, decision briefs, board/investor summaries, and presentation materials.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Executive Team Support

  • Reports to Head of Project and Program Management and partners closely to drive cross-functional execution of corporate-level initiatives.
  • Provide logistical support for CEO and CFO during investor conferences, banking meetings, or external corporate events, including scheduling, prep materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Attend critical CEO/CFO meetings to capture key takeaways, assign actionable next steps, and update project plans accordingly.
  • Ensure actions from meetings are captured, communicated, tracked, and followed through to completion.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, science, or engineering) and 4 or more years of project management experience, including leading company-level initiatives that involve multiple functions and platforms (e.g., Finance, Commercial, Business Development).
  • Project and Strategic Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects aligned to strategic corporate priorities such as investor relations, commercial growth, or corporate development.
  • Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders, distill and effectively communicate complex topics for executive-level audiences.

Location

  • New Haven, Connecticut. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our New Haven office.
  • Business travel, up to 50%, depending on business activity, may be required; primarily domestic, but occasionally international.
  • Participation at meetings and other engagements outside of standard core hours as required.

Salary and Benefits
