Job Summary:

As a Door Knocking Canvasser , you will go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. No sales experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors and engage homeowners in conversation
• Educate potential customers about our roofing and restoration services
• Generate leads and set appointments for our sales team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Work in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment
• Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation to and from designated canvassing areas
• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required)

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
