A growing real estate investment and development firm is looking for an Asset Manager to join their team in Boca Raton. This role will focus on maximizing the performance of a diverse portfolio that includes retail, self-storage, and multifamily properties across South Florida. This is a hands-on, high-impact position involving financial oversight, operational execution, and strategic asset planning. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of property performance. Responsibilities include: Analyze financials and lead budgeting processes (annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, investor reports) Oversee day-to-day operations, property performance, and vendor management Partner with brokers and property managers to increase occupancy and drive NOI Monitor lease compliance and coordinate inspections, maintenance, and tenant communications Prepare investor and lender updates Qualifications: ~3–7 years of experience in real estate asset management ~ Strong Excel/financial modeling skills ~ Experience with retail, self-storage, or multifamily preferred ~ Knowledge of Yardi is a plus ~ Excellent communication and organizational skills ~ Occasional local travel required
