We’re looking for a full-time Assembly Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling and prepping new motorsports vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and are ready for the showroom or customer delivery. You’ll work in a certified, fast-paced service shop and play a key part in providing our customers with high-quality, ready-to-ride machines.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble new motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Dirtbikes, Street bikes, snowmobiles, and other powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform basic diagnostics and inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
Work closely with service advisors and technicians to complete assembly tasks on time.
Maintain accurate records of assembly work and communicate any concerns or issues.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist with pre-delivery inspections and prep as needed.
Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in vehicle or equipment assembly preferred.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
