From my very first visit, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. I knew my dental case was complex and honestly expected the worst. However, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, which immediately helped ease my nerves.

Jessica was especially wonderful, she was very informative and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to explain my imaging, X rays, and what to expect during the visit. She even went as far as reassuring me that we could take everything step by step until I reach a healthy smile, which truly put my mind at ease.

Dr. Jimmy came in for my exam and was just as kind and informative. He reassured me that there are options and made it clear that the team would be there to support me throughout the entire process. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The checkout team even managed to squeeze me in for a deep cleaning and a follow-up appointment in the same week! Everyone there is amazing, and I’m so happy I found Precision Dental! 😊

From entering and being greeted by receptionist, to Diana explaining everything in full detail about what my experience was going to be like, there were no surprises and I felt comfortable knowing what was going to happen next at every point during my visit. The hygienist Karla was super helpful in explaining everything as well and even though my cleaning was super painful (5+ years since my last dental visit), she was constantly asking about my comfort and even applied numbing gel because of the pain she saw I was in. Then speaking with Dr Tran, him being super helpful and explaining in full detail, I literally had no questions, since everything was answered as he explained.
This was my first visit to this clinic, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is like me and rarely goes to the dentists. Dentists are NOTORIOUSLY known for being mean, but that is not the experience here, everyone is super nice and their priority seems to be your absolute comfort!
